Refund policy

    At ALEKHYA CHIKANKARI, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality Chikankari products. We understand that there may be situations where you need to return or exchange a product. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and exchanges.

    2. Eligibility 

    2.1. Returns: You may initiate a return if the product arrived damaged, or it doesn't match the product description on our website.
     
    2.2. Exchanges: We accept exchanges for products that are defective or if you received the wrong item.
     
    Please Note:
     
    SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.
    ACCESSORIES cannot be exchanged/returned.
     

    3-Timeframe

    3.1. Returns: You must request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.
     
    3.2. Exchanges: You must request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
     

    4- Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

     
    4.1. The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
     
    4.2. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care.
     

    5- Return and Exchange Process

    5.2. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process, which may include providing photos of the product or returning the product to us.
     
    5.3. Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.

    5.4. For returns, you will be eligible for a store credit. For exchanges, we will send you a replacement product.
     
    Exchange / Return for International Orders
     
    No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
     

    6- Refunds

     
    6.1. Refunds for returned products will be processed within 15 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
     

    7-Shipping Costs

    7.1. The cost of returning a product is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g. sending the wrong product).
